About me

Creative director, producer and director.

Profile

As a creative professional, I lead my team to identify unique content
needs of our audience and find new ways to tell the stories of our team,
city, and fans. I am a collaborator who inspires ideas, pre-plans and
discusses concepts with stakeholders, develops a production plan, and
brings concepts to completion.

Developing great content is a team effort, and a department leader’s
greatest strength is to facilitate each team member to find and follow
their ideas. Our team regularly brainstorms to develop creative content,
and I support projects from the idea phase through final production.
After the initial creative idea development phase, I regularly work with
camera operators, editors, compositors, and finishers to develop content
for broadcast, arena, and our digital and social platforms.

Portland Trail Blazers

Senior Director of Creative Services

Leads the Trail Blazer’s Creative Service department
in conceiving and implementing data-driven and
goal oriented concepts for the team and sponsors.
Manages the daily operations of the department
including budgeting, project planning, audience
research, goal setting and pre-production planning.
Develops creative briefs, pitches and action plans to
meet business objectives based on key
performance indicators . Fosters an environment for
creative collaboration within the creative service
department and throughout the
Trail Blazers organization.

KCTS

Producer, Editor, Copywriter, and Motion Graphics Designer.

Responsible for creating, writing and producing
on-air promotions and marketing productions.

Post-production and freelance.

Managed clients, projects and scheduled
productions. Also worked as an editor, Davinci
colorist and motion graphics/3D designer.

Clients include: Southwest Airlines, Sprite, Subway, Wells Fargo, Moda Health, Alaska Airlines, Adidas, Carmax, Daimler, Dave’s Killer Bread, Directors Mortgage, Ford, Toyota, Les Schwab, Biofreeze, Umpqua, First Tech, and BMW.

Completed a year-long intensive training course in Integrated Marketing Communications with an emphasis on data-driven marketing strategy
and audience research.

Completed studies in Consumer Behavior and Psychology through the University of Utah’s Marketing Department.
